ENSAIA: Practical work 

1. Practical work on the physical chemistry of dairy products for 3rd year PROLAQ and Master 2 students with a MILQ qualification:

 . Set up the various workstations.

 . Check and maintain the various equipment.

 . Responsible for implementing technical resources for the smooth running of the pratical work.

 . Responsible for inventory management and orders in conjunction with the finance department.

 . Responsible for managing and organizing the practical work room, the preparation room, and the storage room.

 . Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations.

 . Dispose of waste in accordance with applicable standards.

 . Respond to and assist research professors in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

 

2. Practical sensory analysis work for 1st year students of the ATT Module (Technological Transformation Workshop) and for 3rd year PROLAQ and Master MILQ students:

 . Responsible for inventory management and ordering based on sensory analysis needs.

 . Codifying and annotating consumables required for tasting the products to be analyzed.

 . Purchasing products to be analyzed.

 . Preparing samples dedicated to sensory analysis sessions.

 . Preparing  of workstations and setting up samples.

 . Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

 . Leading sensory analysis sessions as needed.

 

LIbio: Research

   . Implement and carry out physicochemical analyses in the field of analysis or preparation of biomolecules within the framework of research contracts or  service provision for industrialists.

  . Ensure the maintenance and metrology of the devices present in the laboratory within the framework of ISO 9001 certification.               

  Technical referent for various scientific instruments.   

  . Train students by providing technical supervision and advice on scientific equipment.

  . Provide supervision to interns and students in support of the laboratory's research activities.

  . Ensures daily compliance with hygiene and safety rules and raises user awareness of good laboratory practices.

  . Carry out safety inspections for new entrants: explanations and demonstration of safety rules and work instructions.

  Ensures the management of stocks of chemicals, consumables and equipment present in the laboratory.

  . Provides the interface between the laboratory manager, the teacher-researchers and the purchasing manager for purchases related to consumables, products and scientific equipment present in the laboratory.

  Participate in various laboratory tasks.

  . Ensures waste management and disposal in compliance with current standards.
